The Interdisciplinary Data Science Lab (IDSL) at Queens College, CUNY works to solve problems in computer science, biomedical informatics, and the natural sciences by developing novel artificial intelligence/machine learning methods that can leverage a problem’s underlying morphology and work within its operational limitations. We then translate these techniques to commercial settings where they may make a broader impact on society.
Our research efforts encompass the entire breadth of the technology development pipeline, from developing new mathematical techniques to working with industry and domain science partners towards commercialization.
